- Minimum education high school or equivalent
- Fresh graduate / Minimum 1 year working experience in the related field.
- Able to operate computer minimum Ms. Office
- Able to communicate well.
- 19-25 years old
- Receive and connect incoming calls to the intended party
- Calling the telephone number you want to address at the requests of related parties
- Deliver messages to internal and external parties when the person concerned is unable to receive the call and records the message that needs to be conveyed
- Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Record in the log book incoming and outgoing calls
- Make periodic activity and administrative reports
- Perform other receptionist duties and functions
