Receptionist

Job Qualification:

  • Minimum education high school or equivalent
  • Fresh graduate / Minimum 1 year working experience in the related field.
  • Able to operate computer minimum Ms. Office
  • Able to communicate well.
  • 19-25 years old

Job Desk:

  • Receive and connect incoming calls to the intended party
  • Calling the telephone number you want to address at the requests of related parties
  • Deliver messages to internal and external parties when the person concerned is unable to receive the call and records the message that needs to be conveyed
  • Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Record in the log book incoming and outgoing calls
  • Make periodic activity and administrative reports
  • Perform other receptionist duties and functions
